PhoenixPo.com Web & Design has been involved in document and web development since 1997.  PhoenixPo.com is a privately-funded personal site for one person.  The main things of public interest are the Haunted Attraction Pictures and ConTrak Systems, the convention-management web application.

While most of my work is privately funded and completed, some examples have been posted on the portfolio page.

Tune in to the DevLog for current updates on all my development work!

Current Development Work:

ConTrak Systems

March 31, 2006.  PhoenixPo.com announces intent to create a page-by-page feature site for the public, located at http://www.phoenixpo.com/contrakv2/project.

March 8, 2006.  PhoenixPo.com releases a public design preview of ConTrak's "Convention Wizard" in this DevLog Article.

February 13, 2006.  PhoenixPo.com announces intent of creating "ConTrak Systems v2".  A preview of the navigation menu was released in this DevLog Article.

October 2005.  All ConTrak work has been put on hold for the Haunted Attraction pictures.  Work will begin later as long as we don't announce a new revision.

Haunted Attraction Pictures

March 2006.  A few pictures placed (two were first place) in the TransWorld picture contest!

March 2006.  Confirmed!  I will be at Castle of Horror for two nights and Woods of Terror for four nights in 2006!

October 2005.  I'm going around to haunted attractions in the Greensboro, NC area taking pictures.  As with everything I seem to do, it's a free thing based off something I like doing.  There will be many pictures available, so stay tuned to the link in the navigation bar.  I own the pictures and they are not for use or display by anyone else without my explicit permission.  I don't want to catch another newspaper stealing my pictures again!

Showcase Web Site, "DevFolio.com"

March 2006.  DevFolio welcomes the "ConTrak Systems v2" project as the official private preview staging grounds!

October 2005.  DevFolio will host the Haunted Attraction pictures for PhoenixPo.com.

October 2005.  The CSC Picture Project site has more than 500 slide show views since February when I began counting!

July 2005.  Nothing new to report.  The site is working out well as intended--for more development room and to showcase photography and applications.

March 2005.  Hope everyone likes the new CSC Picture Project web site design!

Older Development Work:

Codic Engine .Net

If you are familiar with Geek Codes, this web application encodes and decodes a variety of Geek Codes.  If you wish for the Engine to encode and decode your code, ask us!  This was our first time creating a .Net application, though the Codic Engine had a few more incarnations before its .Net version.

Kaine/MAGE Server Project  (discontinued)

This project is no longer available to the public.  The MAGE server is our testing, development, and storage server.  The project itself entailed configuring and hosting web applications from it, such as the Codic Engine .Net and CSC Picture Project.  We now use the server exclusively for testing and storage, as we learned what we needed.

SSSAthletics.org

An athletics web site coded in ASP.  This was our first web site with programming and is still used by our clients on a free basis.  We have already announced our interest in creating a new site based on ASP .Net, but our current development projects leave us no room to take this up again.

HTV Enterprises

Looking for commercial lodging products such as ice machines, TVs, or heat pumps/air conditioners?  Another site I developed in 2000, this shows what my design was like before I began integrating programming into sites.  This is a real business; call 919-934-2678 if you would like to order something from Bill Howell (a colleague of mine, not involved in PhoenixPo.com).  The link here is purely for show, not advertisement.
