I made some updates to the Rich DDL Menu.

To the right is a better iframe to show the updates I made.  You can scroll it to the bottom to see the list.  I want to fix a few things and make the menu more functional before I go on to phase four, which is getting it in an ASP .Net User Control.  Phase five, by the way, is getting it in an ASP .Net Custom Control with all events--normal postback and AJAX--functioning.
