This screen took its data from the registration page if you wanted to add an existing registration as an artist.  You can also edit people who are artists on this screen.  Instead of editing, you can click "clear form" and fill the text boxes and the person will be registered for the con as well as registered as an artist.

I think this screen is simple compared to the "Art" screen.
