Technically, you can use this screen or the "Art Show Sales" screen to record auction sales.  I still like the extra screen to denote art show sales. 

Unlike the "Charity Auction" module, receipts do not print directly from this screen because people were not checking out at the art auction; they went to the art show to do this.  You can check them out in "Reports" anyway.
