This report is helpful for knowing what the convention should pay the artist after the art show room closes.  It also serves as a packing list because it shows which artwork was bought and which artwork are included in the box sent back to the artist.  This also works for artists attending conventions.

A "Reconcile Confirmation" text box is shown at the bottom for the person handling the artist to put his or her initials denoting the artist has been paid and the artwork was sent out or the artist picked up the artwork.  You include mailing fees under the "Artists" tab.
