Put in a badge ID, click the button, and you are presented with a list of who bought what and how much more the person owes.  Like the art show, the "PAID" words would be check boxes if the person had not paid for that item.  Simply select which items the person wants to pay for and click "Pay Auction"; a receipt containing everything the person is paying for will be printed out.  A very nice, fast system.
