ConTrak Systems: Registration 

The registration feature puts multiple tools at your fingertips and empowers you to know more about your convention.  From badge schemes to badge printing and attendee surveys, ConTrak lets you do what you need better and faster before, during, and after your convention.

Before the Convention:

Badge Schemes:  Most of the important data in your convention revolves around attendee badges--art show sales, auction bids, and badges in general.  ConTrak allows for you to specify all badge information, including color, numbering, and price, in one place and draw from it in all other places, such as in the art show or auction.  Because of this, there will be no more miskeys from registration in regard to how much people paid for a badge (when entering how much attendees paid for badges in other systems, reg workers may not include this information, thus throwing your finances off).  If you created a great badge scheme for a previous convention, you can always import that in your new conventions, too!

Online Reg System:  Do not underestimate the power of an always-available, online registration system.  You give access to the reg information only to those with whom you trust.  After this, any user can view the convention's current registrations by going to ConTrak at whatever time of day s/he wants!  No more emailing the reg manager or whomever receives the mailed-in registrations; with ConTrak Systems, all registration information can be accessed from anywhere, any time!

Print Badges:  Simply upload your convention's badge's graphic and you're ready to print attendee badges!  The badges are made on demand and are not stored anywhere, so if you change a registration and print badges, the changes will show up instantaneously.  In this way, you can provide professional badges to attendees while foregoing costs needed to print labels to stick on your badges!  Both your attendees and budget officers will thank you!

Output to MS Excel:  Some times, you want to do things we could never dream of.  If you want to do other things with registrations, you can choose to output all registration information to MS Excel.  We won't hold you back, either; you get everything we have concerning your registrations output to MS Excel--no withholding information like other systems could do!

Who Added It?  Some times, registrations appear out of nowhere.  ConTrak keeps track of the person who added the registration and when, plus it remembers the person and time each registration entry was last modified!  Used in addition to user permissions, this becomes a power tool in the hands of any registration manager!

During the Convention:

Instant Badge Lookup:  Instantly search through ConTrak's registration information to determine if an attendee was issued a badge.  No more rattling through paper registrations, poorly-tested spreadsheets, or faulty home-grown systems; get what you need, when you need it!

Use Registrations with Other ConTrak Features:  With registrations in the system, other convention workers only need a badge ID to do their jobs.  For instance, the auction system takes in a badge ID and, when the person pays for purchases, will use the registration information to print a receipt.  The art manager can also print receipts with the attendee's name for art purchases.

After the Convention:

Access Reports:  Use our built-in reports to view information about your convention's registrations.  You can even use the MS Excel output to perform your own analysis!

Convention Locking:  ConTrak Systems offers a way to lock a convention so no one can change data after the convention is over.  This means you can be certain no one will be able to modify information after you don't want it to.
