It's been a busy week, so here are some quick updates:

Haunted Forest: The Saturday pictures are posted.  There weren't as many people going through Saturday, so I concentrated on photographing the new additions.  I am very happy with two pictures in particular.  Most who read my DevLog know me: it's very difficult for me to be satisfied with anything I do, so this is a Very Good Thing.

Castle of Horror: This attraction opens Friday.  I will be there.  Check out CastleOfHorror.com for more information.  I don't like the site design, but they're learning.  For now, I will hope to contribute to quality by offering better pictures.

Woods of Terror: Yeah!  They said I could take pictures there!  This makes the third and final attraction I will photograph this season (others: Haunted Forest and Castle of Horror).  I hope to provide them with some good material and memories for those who go through it or hope to see what it's about.  The site is WoodsOfTerror.com.  It's a good site, actually.  I still wonder why they don't have pictures of the attraction itself, but I'll get to solve that on my own now!

New lens: I ran into problems with my short-range lens during my brother's wedding.  I have also wanted to get something better for a while.  The new lens is a Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 Image Stabilizer USM lens.  Why get this lens?  Three reasons: fast focus (won't help me for haunted attractions as I use manual focusing, but it will help with the CSC Picture Project), sharper image quality, and more zoom in a short-range lens.  Most likely, I will begin using this lens when I photograph the Woods of Terror.

The Shooting Schedule: Once Wake Forest confirms/cancels a few games with me, I will know most of my shooting schedule.  I also need to know Strong College's Halloween party date.  After this, I should be able to post a schedule.  I do know for certain the rotation will be Haunted Forest, Castle of Horror, Woods of Terror.  This was decided because I photographed Haunted Forest last week and am determined to make Castle of Horror's opening night.
